I just commented on a member's posting, and gave him a few quick tips that should help him get the most out of hvBiz.com. I'm re-posting them here, so that you can benefit from them as well.

Tip 4: Set yourself up to automatically twit your blog post when posting.

Tip 5: If you also have a video to supplement your post, you should render a copy you can upload to hvBiz.com, and then you can easily distribute it to all major video sites by use of TubeMogul.com
