I need some help. I was wrongfully kicked off of Facebook and my profile and business page shutdown.

FB is claiming I posted offense activity on my profile. This is completely untrue. Not only would I personally find this offensive, I would never post such unprofessional and harmful content. I am fighting with FB right now and unsuccessfully. FB is an important part of my marketing plan and personal connections. Does anyone know how to get something like this reversed?

The appeals dept it is, as far as I know. Just keep on top of it, without spamming them. Make your case, but be careful not to harass them. I've seen the process take about a month to resolve.

thanks Edison. I am emailing the appeals dept and not getting anywhere. do you have a suggestion as to which department I would get the fastest resolution from?

This has happened to a few people I know and through perseverance, some of them have gotten their page back as they left it. It's not easy, but simply keep making your case to them. Ask what specifically was offensive, and perhaps you'll learn that someone other than you hacked your profile and posted something inappropriate. This happens, and one way to protect yourself is to constantly change your passwords. Just remember, FB is a free service, and they can do whatever they want with your page.

Hope this helped.

Edison
