My firm is recently a chamber member. I have always found real estate and architecture to go hand in hand. if we can help each other we should. I frequently work with realtors to bring buildings into compliance for C of O, code compliance and zoning issues when sales are pending but being held up by these factors. My firm also specializes in feasibility studies for existing properties whether they are vacant land or existing buildigs that could be reused as another type of occupancy.
