Transforming systems and processes for client success!

*Is your staff working long hours?
*Does your staff alternate between shuffling too much work and waiting on someone else?
*Do you spend more time being a fire fighter than completing important projects?

Many organizations are faced with staff working long hours, paperwork getting bogged down on someone’s desk and stalled cash flow as a result. When someone asks why do we do it this way? The classic answer is because it has always been done that way. This does not mean it is the most effective way. Thriving industry leaders create environments where staff can succeed.

Your results with a streamlined office:

Reduced Costs
Faster Cash Flow
Increased Capacity
Increased Productivity
Improved Utilization of Staff
Increased Employee Morale

Your Lean Path to Success

Picture this…
*A customer relationship system where your sales staff have their routine tasks automated so they do the required follow up.

*Designing forms that can be filled out by staff, potential as well as current customers faster and easier.

*Orders and Inquiries come in with higher accuracy and allow your customer service to spend more time fulfilling the needs of clients or prospects.

*Paper files no longer need to be pulled manually because important paperwork is stored in a central location. Reduce misplaced files.

*Mid and upper level management can focus on primary organizational objectives instead of routine administrative tasks.

Lean Office helps you fulfill your role as leadership by freeing up time to create strategic alliances and educate potential customers why they should purchase from your company. For you to do your job well, your staff needs the ability to make good routine decisions independently and know when to ask for help. To support your organization’s goals you must have a clear line of communication across departments, thus making the right impression with customers and potential clients. Lean Office principles enable your organization to do this well.

To learn how you can achieve a Lean Office for your organization contact Cynthia Marsh-Croll at 845-649-2778 today.

I need some help. I was wrongfully kicked off of Facebook and my profile and business page shutdown.

Posted on August 19, 2010 at 5:40pm 4 Comments

FB is claiming I posted offense activity on my profile. This is completely untrue. Not only would I personally find this offensive, I would never post such unprofessional and harmful content. I am fighting with FB right now and unsuccessfully. FB is an important part of my marketing plan and personal connections. Does anyone know how to get something like this reversed?…

I just returned from the Lean Tools for the Office workshop. What a powerful system. We did a simulation where we not only reduced our mistakes, increased the number of orders and quotes processed in a day we eliminated 3 steps our of a 4 step process! The sharing of the energy and experience in the room was very realistic to working with individuals from various areas and departments in an organization. I can not wait to use these powerful tools with my clients.
